Ask us anythingWhat do I actually need to get started?
A compatible sensor, a free thermotrack.io account, and a nearby Android phone with the app installed. The phone collects the readings. For a permanent setup, you can use a dedicated gateway instead. Hardware is purchased separately.
Can I check on things when I'm away?
Yes. Leave an Android phone or gateway near your sensors and connected to the internet. It sends readings to your account, so you can check them from another phone or a web browser wherever you are.
Will it work with my iPhone?
You can view your readings on an iPhone or in your web browser. To collect readings from the sensors, you'll need a nearby Android phone or a dedicated gateway. An iPhone can't currently collect readings as a gateway.
Is the free plan really free?
The Starter app plan is free for one sensor and includes 7 days of reading history. You'll need compatible hardware, sold separately. Pro adds longer history, email alerts, reports and team access, and is charged per sensor every three months.
What happens if the internet drops?
Remote updates and alerts pause until the connection returns. The Android app can queue readings and upload them later. Some sensor models also store readings while out of range; others don't. See which sensor suits your setup.
Can I cancel if my plans change?
Yes. You can cancel Pro from the app's settings at any time. You'll keep access until the end of the three-month period you've already paid for.
